At VSA Association Management (VSAAM), each community we service is a part of our family.  We package our services in a way that best suits the unique needs of each individual community; from full service monthly community management, to specialized board governance and business/financial projects. The VSAAM team of professionals are dedicated to building long lasting relationships.

 

Through the years, we’ve developed an extensive network of professional contractors and business partners allowing us to

offer a myriad of services at competitive prices and less overhead so we pass the savings on to our clients.

While our core service is community management, we also offer services to condominium vacation rental properties.

Community

Through our Community Management, we are here to see through all the things that keep your community clean, welcoming, and up-to-date. From landscaping services and cleaning common areas to walk-through inspections and hiring/supervising on-site personnel and subcontractors. We will make sure if there is an issue it is addressed and solved quickly.  We will even maintain 24-hour emergency service every day of the year. Our goal is to give you the peace of mind that we’re taking care of everything around your home, so you don’t have to. And if you want to see what is going on, we provide community websites and custom newsletters to keep residents informed of current events, news, and general maintenance.

Governance

We want you to be involved and informed when it comes to your community, that’s why we’ll always assist you in organizing meetings by arranging the facilities and informing all residents. We attend all meetings to better provide services such as professional recommendations to the board, assisting in owner disputes, and offering board training opportunities. We aspire to create harmonious communities and will work tirelessly with you and your community board to ensure that happens.

Business

Each community is assigned its own operational team including a community manager, administrative assistant, accounting staff member, homeowner service representative, and secondary personnel. This team will prepare and provide assistance with yearly budgeting by presenting comprehensive financial reports formatted as you desire and monitor investment funds. We are able to bill and receive invoices processing accounts payable, tracking accounts receivable and, if necessary, sending delinquency notices and violation letters.
Your team is also here to help you when you plan to move to the next great place. We will complete and process resale certificates and provide assistance to owners and real estate agents when trying to sell homes within the association. We will keep and provide records of all maintenance and service contracts, warranties and other items important to the verification of services performed on property.
