Sally Stamper

Director of Association Management

Sally Stamper is the Director of Association Management and joined VSAAM in May 2022. She began in the Association Management industry in 2002 and earned her PCAM license in 2009. She has been a CMCA since June 2007 and an AMS since January 2008. Ms. Stamper is a SEVA-CAI member and has served in a variety of roles on and of the Board of Directors. She is also the President of the Condominium Association she lives in. Sally has managed Commercial, Condominium, and Homeowner Associations ranging in size from 4 units to 1,100+; has developed and implemented training programs for managers, homeowners and board members; and spoken at local and state professional education programs. Sally credits her parents for instilling in her, the habits of being prepared, being on time and for living the “Seven C’s” of customer service (competency, courtesy, commitment, concern, creativity, composure, and consistency).
